sydneychauffeurs.com.au requires the following minimum notice periods for cancellations:

  • Standard Transfers: 24 hours
  • Airport Pickups: 24 hours
  • Hourly Bookings: 72 hours
  • Special Events: 7 days
  • Weddings: 14 days
  • Holiday Periods (Christmas & NYE): Once booked and confirmed, any cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total quoted/charged amount.

Cancellations made outside of these timeframes will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total quoted amount for the reservation.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of the total quoted amount for the reservation.

No-shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, equivalent to the total quoted amount for the reservation.

sydneychauffeurs.com.au requires a minimum of 2 hours (during office hours) for any booking amendments.

OUR STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL A BOOKING AT ANY TIME DURING THE SERVICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT AGGRESSIVE, INTOXICATED, OR ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IN SUCH CASES, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, AND THE FULL RESERVATION COST WILL APPLY.
